1. Orders
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Live The City Limited to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Live The City Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.
Once your order has been dispatched, the completion of the contract between Live The City Limited and yourself takes place. We cannot fulfil any obligations due to the following reasons:
• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error
• Customers who fail to reach any order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by one of our members of staff either by email or by telephone.
We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
2. Product Pricing & Descriptions
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
3. Payment
"Goods" means all or any of the items listed on the email confirmation. Goods will only be dispatched to you once payment has been received in full (in cleared funds in our bank account) or you have completed an approved credit agreement with our approved credit company.
Payments can be made using credit or debit card - we accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron and Visa Debit. Payment will be taken when you confirm your order. All payments are processed using Nochex. When you have confirmed your order and the amount you are to pay you will be directed via a secure connection to Nochex secure payment site. This secure connection ensures that your credit or debit card details are encrypted prior to being transferred to your card issuer for authorisation. Nochex will process Your payment on our behalf. As a result Live The City Limited does not hold any of your card details on its systems.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
We offer a money back guarantee for items purchased from our website or via the telephone directly with Live The City Limited, excluding all carriage costs incurred by you, if returned unused in the original packaging within 7 working days following the day of delivery. We CANNOT accept any product purchased through a third party stockist.
Refunds on Goods cancelled prior to delivery will be made as soon as possible following written notification of cancellation and in any case will not exceed a period of 30 days of that written notice. All refunds will be made onto the same card used to make the original purchase.
Refunds on Goods already delivered will take place as soon as possible following the return and inspection of such goods and in any case will not exceed a period of 30 days following that return.
5. Delivery
The Company will use its best endeavours to comply with the date or dates (if any) for despatch or delivery of the Goods as agreed when the order is placed, but unless otherwise expressly agreed such date or dates shall be treated as estimates and shall not be binding. The Customer shall accordingly accept delivery of the Goods when tendered and time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the Contract.
6. Limitations of Liability
Our total liability in regard to the performance of this contract shall be limited to the value of the Goods.
Live The City Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses, costs or expenses incurred or any consequential compensation arising out of the performance/or non performance of this contract. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which may not otherwise be limited or excluded under applicable law.
All contracts shall be governed by English Law.

All site design, text, graphics, interfaces, and the selection and arrangements thereof are (c) 2010, Live The City Limited. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Live The City Limited, or using this site as a shopping resource. All liability of Live The City Limited howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
